Batting first, Australia blasted 233-2 from their 20 overs with opener David Warner scoring his maiden T20I hundred and Aaron Finch (64) and Glenn Maxwell (62) making excellent contributions. Maxwell played some eye-catching shots as well during his 28-ball innings that was laced with seven fours and three sixes, One-shot in particular off seamer Kasun Rajitha in the 18th over stood out among the rest. Staying deep in his crease, Maxwell whipped a full-length delivery over the mid-wicket fence with a twirl of the wrists, reminiscent of the ‘helicopter’ shot made famous by India wicketkeeper-batsman MS Dhoni.
