The dramatic moment is captured by Maui, Hawaii resident Delilah Aserales as a helicopter collects ocean water to douse a raging fire at Kapalua Airport on Tuesday (October 22).
"The fire at the Kapalua Airport on Kahana Ridge started and was in full force. The helicopters have been collecting the ocean water and returning to the fire to douse it regularly. The smoke is heavy in the air and ash is flying everywhere; There is a lookout for embers which could contribute to dispersed flares," said Delilah.
