Matt Hagan wins Texas NHRA FallNationals

Matt Hagan, driving the Western Tech Dodge Charger for Don Schumacher Racing, used a 3.909-second E.T. at 327.59 mph to earn his first victory since July at Epping, N.H. It was his third at the track south of Dallas, his third in five finals this year, and 32nd overall. In defeating finalist Bob Tasca III, Hagan improved from seventh to fourth in the standings with two races remaining for him to pursue his third Funny Car title.
