Donald Trump Says ‘I’m The One That Did The Capturing’ Of ISIS

President Donald Trump once again defended his decisions to withdraw U.S. troops from northern Syria. Speaking at length during a Cabinet meeting on Oct. 21, he argued that the American troops were meant to protect the Kurds only for 30 days, and not forever. He also boasted that he was "the one that did the capturing" of ISIS fighters in Syria.
