The city of Mexico Beach, Florida, still bears the scars from when the destructive Hurricane Michael hit it on Oct. 10, 2018. With Tropical Storm Nestor on the way to hit the city with more rain on Oct. 18, 2019, there is the potential for the city to suffer further damage.
