Our best pasta sauce is made primarily from tomatoes, garlic, onions, and pork. It is great to be served with all kinds of pasta. We use colorful tomatoes rich in flavor, high water content, soft flesh which breaks down easily, and the right composition to thicken into a sauce when they are cooked without the need of thickeners. All of these qualities make them ideal for simple and appealing sauces.

Spaghetti sauce is surprisingly easy to make so there's no need to not keep this sauce on hand at all times. Make a big batch and freeze what you don't use!
