Terrifying high winds in Camarillo, California, amid power outages in Ventura County.

A usual and peaceful commute to work on Thursday (October 10) became a nightmare for a driver named James.

"On my way to work... [it] looked like something out of a movie!", James said.

The National Weather Service issued a red-flag warning for the County starting at 3 a.m. Thursday, triggered by wind and dry conditions that could cause flames to ignite easily and spread quickly.
