MG Motors to start second shift for production of Hector at its Halol plant, says chief commercial officer Gaurav Gupta

After halting bookings for its SUV Hector in August due to capacity constraints, Morris Garages or MG Motors opened up bookings for the second time on September 29 and once again it has witnessed strong response, clocking 8000 orders so far. Fulfilling these order could be challenging for the company. However, in a conversation with CNBC-TV18's Alisha Sachdev MG Motor's chief commercial officer Gaurav Gupta said that the company is working to ramp up production to take on the challenge.
