A 38-year-old Russian man named Alexander, who worked as an extra in the film was found unconscious near a DLF building in Hyderabad on Tuesday. He was soon rushed to hospital, but he succumbed to heatstroke, the same evening. #SyeRaaNarasimhaReddy
