Transporter strike in Delhi-NCR against the imposition of heavy penalties under the Motor Vehicles Act. Schools remained closed due to the unavailability of buses. The strike will remain in force between 6 am and 10 pm. Striking transport unions have also garnered support from ride-hailing services Ola and Uber, auto-rickshaw unions.
