Salman Khan and Saif Ali Khan Plead Not Guilty in the Blackbuck Poaching Case | Bollywood News

Salman pleaded ‘Not Guilty’ and said that he will produce a witness to prove his stand. He asserted that after a busy day of shooting for Hum Saath Saath Hain (1998), the cast would retire to their respective rooms; hence, going hunting is out of question.
Saif, on the other hand, too pleaded innocent but refused to produce a witness. Saif further said, “The Forest Department has wrongly accused us in the case.”
The five are accused of poaching two blackbucks, which are protected under the Wildlife Protection Act, while shooting for the film Hum Saath Saath Hain near Kankani village in 1998.
