Rajkummar Rao, who has been lying low for a few months, is ready to spring a surprise. Mirror has learnt that the National Award winning actor, who is perceived as serious and intense, has signed a black comedy titled Newton, which will present a different aspect of his personality to the world. The film will be directed by Amit Masurkar, who made his directorial debut with Sulemani Keeda in 2014, a bromatic comedy about two struggling writers peddling their mediocre screenplay.
