NANA WANTS TO DIRECT DEEPIKA IN A BIOPIC
When I say Deepika Padukone, what’s the first thing that comes to your mind?
(Like counting off items on a list): She’s stunning, she’s at the top of her game, she’s come such a long way, she’s the first choice for most films these days.
Something to that effect, right? And it’s ALL true.
Now, Deepika has caught the attention of the most unlikely director.
We all know Nana Patekar as a fabulous actor and he’s in the news again with Welcome Back. He reprises the role of Uday Shetty which he played in the first film, Welcome.
Why have I gone from talking about Deepika to Nana? Because there is a connection (Catilin should be loud and animated on this) . Just stick with me.
Once Welcome Back hits theatres, Nana has more than enough on his plate. Apart from acting assignments he’s also thinking of donning the director’s hat again. The film he has in mind is a biopic. He exclusively told SpotboyE.
Wow! That seems pretty interesting. And for the lead role he has Deepika in mind.
Nana says that Deepika will do well in the role provided she can give time to the film.
The biopic is likely to be bilingual with characters speaking in Hindi and English.
