Aanand L Rai is basking in the success of the Tanu Weds Manu franchise, and Dhanush has made a mark for himself in Bollywood with Raanjhanaa.
And now, Rai and Dhanush have decided to come together for another movie, making it evident that any fallout between the two is a matter of the past.
Dhanush made his Bollywood debut in Aanand L Rai’s Raanjhanaa, where he shared screen space with Sonam Kapoor.
However, during Tanu Weds Manu Returns, the buzz was that Dhanush was miffed with the maverick director over a cameo that he was supposed to play in the sequel.
Reportedly, the role Dhanush played was snipped away on the editing table without his knowledge.
Hmm… that’d be a shocker to any actor, correct?
Well, but the equation does seem to have changed now. Our sources have it that the actor-director duo will collaborate on the Bollywood remake of a South film that originally starred Dhanush himself.
Well, given Dhanush’s varied choice of roles, this seems like it will be an interesting movie, right?
And what’s also interesting is the fact that Bipasha Basu is TOTALLY still in a relationship with Karan Singh Gorver despite her mother’s opposition.
