Lerner about two Federal Cases which the Courts ruled against Trump and issued an injunction on his orders trying to expand expedited removal and to revoke the Flores Settlement and allow indefinite detention of children in immigration custody. The courts ruled there was really no valid reason to vacate the Flores Settlement and that an order itself cannot simply expand expedited removal without going through the proper procedures and the merits of the case.
