Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high-quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat than the yolk. So, on the occasion of World Egg Day, we are bringing you 3 best recipes made out of an egg, Cheesy scrambled Egg, Sunny Side Up, Fluffy Omelette, which can be enjoyed with whole wheat bread.

Ingredients for Sunny Side Up:
- 2 Eggs
- Oil
- Water
- Salt
- Black Pepper

Ingredients for Fluffy Omelette:
- 2 Eggs
- Oil
- Salt

Ingredients for Cheesy Scrambled Egg:
- 2 Eggs
- Milk
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Salt
- Black Pepper

Method for Sunny Side Up:
1. Take two small bowls and crack one egg in each bowl
2. Now, heat the pan and keep the flame on low
3. Add oil to the pan and spread it on all the corners of the pan
4. Now, slowly add eggs from both the bowl, to the pan and sprinkle some water to the pan
5. Cover the pan with its lid, and let it cook for around 3 minutes
6. Now, add salt, black pepper and take it out

Method For Fluffy Omelette:
1. Take 2 eggs in a large bowl and whisk it till you get air-bubbles
2. Now, on a low flame, heat a pan and add oil to it
3. Add the whisked egg into the pan and cook it over a medium flame
4. Cover the pan with its lid
5. Add salt from the top; flip it and take it out on a plate

Method for Cheesy Scrambled Egg:
1. Heat a pan on low flame and crack 2 eggs in it
2. Add milk to the pan and mix it
3. Now, pick the pan from the flame to drop its temperature, and mix it
4. Keep mixing it, while keeping the pan on gas for a minute and off the gas for a minute
5. Once it turns thick, add mozzarella cheese to the mix and mix it
6. Now, add salt, black pepper to the pan and take it out on a plate
