Welcome to World’s Edge, a new Apex Legends map where molten heat and chemical ice collide. Join the cast of Legends – including the newest Legend, Crypto – on the dropship as they’re whisked from Planet Solace towards World’s Edge on Planet Talos. The Mill joined forces once again with Respawn Entertainment on the launch of the new ‘Meltdown Launch Trailer’ for their record-breaking battle-royale shooter game Apex Legends. Mill+ Directors Lisha Tan and David Lawson crafted an action-packed trailer to promote the expansion pack, released on October 1st 2019.

This project was an evolution of the first 'Reveal Trailer', 'Opening Cinematic' and ‘Battle Charge Trailer’. The team continued to push and refine their distinctive illustrative art style. Mill+ Director Lisha Tan comments; "We took what we learnt from the previous creative and thought about how we could elevate our approach, specifically on the shoot."

As the universe within the game expands and new characters are introduced, it was vital for the team to craft a trailer that went further than ever before.
