This video is a look at some things your can do if you're worried about someones safety or if they or you are in a mental health crisis. Please get help and support those around you to speak out and be honest about their struggles.
Thanks for watching, I hope this helps someone. As I said I felt prompted to do this video quickly and upload it tonight and I've learnt to listen to my gut. Fingers crossed this video makes a positive impact and shows you there's options out there for anyone experiencing mental illness and struggling with one thing or another.
