Well it turns out that $8 worth of plumbing fixtures can probably be made to work if you want to put the effort in, but for our purposes, and the roads we plan to travel on, it's just not gonna cut it long term. I've already ordered the Rocky Mounts hard mount option and that's on the way, once it arrives I'll film a video on the install and first impressions there.
