Patna, the capital of Bihar, is in a bad condition due to rains and floods. People are upset. The streets are so full of water that even people walking on foot are not able to walk on foot. In such a situation, a rickshaw driver got stuck in the water filled on the streets of Patna. In this condition, he started crying bitterly on his helplessness. The video of which is going viral on social media.

बिहार की राजधानी पटना में बारिश और बाढ़ से बुरा हाल है। लोग परेशान हैं। सड़कों पर इतना पानी भर गया है कि गाड़ी चलाना तो दूर लोगों का पैदल चलना भी मुमकिन नहीं हो पा रहा है। ऐसे में एक रिक्‍शा चालक पटना की सड़कों पर भरे पानी में फंस गया। इस हालत में वो अपनी बेबसी पर फूट-फूटकर रोने लगा। जिसका वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहा है।
