George Conway slammed President Trump on Twitter.
George Conway has called President Trump, "without a doubt, the dumbest and worst."
The lawyer and husband of White House counselor Kellyanne Conway issued the tweet in response to a post by self-described "conservative blogger" Jennifer Rubin who wrote of Trump: "He was so thickheaded he didn't even realize what was incriminating. He was so foolish as to take advice from the equally unhinged Giuliani. There is little doubt he will be regarded as one of the worst if not the worst president in history."
Rubin had written a Washington Post op-ed listing seven bad signs for Trump in the controversy involving his call with the Ukrainian president including the "muted reaction of Senate Republicans," poll data showing growing support for impeachment, and the involvement of top administration officials.
For his part, Conway has frequently criticized the president, even calling for his removal from office under the 25th Amendment.
