Brazen driver attempts to pass emergency vehicle attending to car crash victims in Atlanta

This was the shocking moment a driver on an Atlanta highway attempted to pass an emergency vehicle that was attending to victims of a car crash on Tuesday (September 24).
Footage shows the emergency vehicle arrives at the scene with a sign stating "ALL LANES CLOSED".
Despite obvious warnings, one car can be seen ignoring the sign and passes the vehicle resulting in the first responder ordering the driver to reverse back.
