The ‘Vine & Wine’ MOOC by Montpellier SupAgro, Bordeaux Sciences Agro, AgroSup Dijon and Toulouse INP-ENSAT is the online teaching material adapted to students and professionals who wish to learn some essential scientific and technological facts for a better understanding of wine complexity and wine sector opportunities.
This free, bilingual online course (French / English). Four teaching units or modules will lead you from the wine-making process to wine-tasting – ‘Vine Biology’, ‘Viticulture’, ‘Oenology’, ‘the Wine Industry and Economy’. Starting on November 13th 2019 you will have 5 weeks of work to accomplish.
