FtS 09-26-19: Haiti: President calls for a unity government

From the South: Haiti's President Jovenel Moise has called on the opposition to help him form a unity government in an address to the nation on Wednesday. And at least 8 people have died in Indonesia after a magnitude 6 point 5 earthquake hit the Maluku Islands.
