Madrid, Sep 24 (EFE).- Spain's Supreme Court has on Tuesday ruled in favor exhuming of the remains of the country's late dictator Francisco Franco from the grandiose mausoleum where he was interred in the mountains north of Madrid.

All six judges at the country's top court gave the green light to remove the late dictator's corpse and rebury it at the El Pardo-Mingorrubio cemetery, where his wife, Carmen Polo, was laid to rest.
