The Duke and Duchess of Sussex spoke to the press close to Monwabisi Beach and were quizzed about what it was like being in Africa. Prince Harry said "This Africa tour was always going to be fantastic, been looking forward to Cape Town – her (Meghan’s) first visit, I love this place. "And again meeting the people, the energy, the fun, again the positivity, the optimism and the hope in the face of such incredible adversity”. The couple went on to speak about the issue of mental health with Meghan saying: “The fact that we can be here together, on the ground and see so much work being done...just because someone is willing to talk about it and someone is willing to listen - is huge”.
