Four suspected members of an armed robbery group known as the 'Sree' gang were killed after a shootout with the police at the basement car park of the Sky Park condominium in Cyberjaya on Monday.

According to Selangor police chief Noor Azam Jamaludin, the suspects were shot down several hours after carrying out a heist in Cheras.

In the incident at about 9.30am, four men armed with pistols and machetes launched an attack when police were inspecting a Mercedes Benz believed to be stolen.
