Mani Shankar Aiyer gets Clean Chit form Delhi Police over Controversial remark on PM Modi. Delhi Police has given a clean chit to Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyer in the case of objectionable remarks on Prime Minister Narendra Modi. After investigation, the police filed an Action Taken Report (ATR) in a Delhi court. It said that just using derogatory words against the Prime Minister of India does not come under Section 124-A / 153-A of the IPC.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी पर आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी के मामले में दिल्ली पुलिस ने कांग्रेस नेता मणिशंकर अय्यर को क्लीनचिट दे दी है। पुलिस ने जांच के बाद दिल्ली की एक अदालत में एक्शन टेकन रिपोर्ट (एटीआर) दायर की। इसमें कहा गया कि भारत के प्रधानमंत्री के खिलाफ सिर्फ अपमानजनक शब्द इस्तेमाल करना आईपीसी की धारा 124-ए/153-ए के अंतर्गत नहीं आता।
