Tropical Rainstorm Imelda left roads of Winnie, Texas, flooded on Sept. 20. One resident set out as the flooding in his area hadn't yet started, but once he noticed the water rising, he wisely turned around. His passage back was aided by an 18-wheeler opening the way in front of him. Remember: turn around, don't drown!
