Congress popular leader Shashi Tharoor has said that Pakistan has no right over Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (POK) and has given China a share that does not belong to them, adding that their government's stand on PoK There are no differences, but the manner in which the government has 'dealt' the issue after the removal of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir is not in accordance with the Constitution.

कांग्रेस के दिग्गज और लोकप्रिय नेता शशि थरूर ने कहा है कि पाकिस्तानी कब्जे वाले कश्मीर (POK) पर पाकिस्तान का कोई अधिकार नहीं है और उसने चीन को वह हिस्सा दिया है जो उसका नहीं है, उन्होंने कहा कि पीओके पर सरकार के रुख को लेकर उनका कोई मतभेद नहीं है लेकिन जिस तरीके से जम्मू कश्मीर में धारा 370 हटाने के बाद सरकार ने मुद्दे को 'डील' किया है वो संविधान के अनुरूप नहीं है।
