Pakistan failed to gather requisite support from member states to file a resolution on Kashmir at the ongoing United Nations Human Rights Commission. The last day to file a request for a resolution during the 42nd UNHRC session was yesterday, September 19. Pakistan needed support from at least 16 countries. India has squashed Pakistan's claim stating J&K is India's internal matter.
