Welcome to Fengjian, a town built on canals. Water is the lifeline of this Cantonese village, where people cook with fresh seafood and seasonal ingredients.

Water towns like these used to everywhere in this part of China, where the Pearl River meets the ocean, but many of them have been demolished. Fengjian is one of the last towns standing.
