Kevin Spacey Accuser Dies
in Midst of Sexual Assault Case.
Lawyers for Kevin Spacey, real name
Kevin Fowler, filed a notice announcing
the “plaintiff’s death” on Sept. 17.
They were reportedly informed on
Sept. 11 that the unnamed massage
therapist had passed away. .
No further information or details have been
given to Mr. Fowler’s counsel, but Plaintiff’s
counsel stated they intended to notify the
Court with additional information at an

The case in question dates back to
September 2018, when the anonymous man
accused Spacey of sexual assault and battery.
Now, since the main witness has died,
it is unclear how the case will proceed. .
The lawsuit could reportedly be continued
