India head coach Ravi Shastri made it clear that Rishabh Pant will be rapped on the knuckels if he keeps on playing rash shots like the one he did against the West Indies recently.Shastri did not mince words as he pointed out that the young wicketkeeper-batsman has let the team down during India's recent tour of the West Indies where he was dismissed first ball in an ODI game.

आईसीसी टी20 विश्व कप अगले साल होने जा रहा है। कोच रवि शास्त्री अब ऐसे खिलाड़ियों की टीम बनाना चाहेंगे जिसमें फिर बदलाब की आशंका कम हो। आईसीसी विश्व कप दाैरान चाैथे नंबर के लिए माथापच्ची रही। इसके लिए युवा विकेटकीपर रिषभ पंत को आजमाया लेकिन उम्मीद अनुसार परिणाम ना मिला। पंत को महेंद्र सिंह धोनी का बैकअप के तौर पर भी देखा जा रहा है लेकिन उनका प्रदर्शन सबकी चिंता बढ़ा रहा है। इस बीच कोच शास्त्री ने पंत को सीधे-सीधे वार्निंग दे दी है कि अगर वो गलतियां यूं ही दोहराते रहेंगे तो उन्हें इसका खामिजाया भुगतना पड़ेगा। पंत की शॉट सेलेक्शन पर लगातार सवाल उठ रहे हैं।
