Interesting workshops and a first look at numerous world premieres: on the eve of the International Motor Show (IAA) 2019, invited media representatives were already expecting an extensive program in the Forum of the Frankfurt Festhalle. In the presentation 'Best Customer Experience 4.0 - luxury experience means ease of interaction,' Britta Seeger explained how Mercedes-Benz is aligning sales at all customer contact points. With the 'Best Customer Experience 4.0' sales strategy, the brand is taking the next major step towards seamlessly linking digital sales channels with the physical brand experience. The company, together with its sales partners, expects to realize a quarter of worldwide passenger car sales via online channels by 2025.
