ಜಾರಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ಸಮನ್ಸ್ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಡಿ. ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಏಕಸದಸ್ಯ ಪೀಠ ವಜಾಗೊಳಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ವಿಭಾಗೀಯ ಪೀಠದ ಮುಂದೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Former minister D.K.Shivakumar filed the petition to Karnataka high court and challenged the single bench order that quashed his petition. D.K.Shivakumar arrested by Enforcement Directorate (ED) in money laundering case and he is in ED custody.
