The study examined what 55 people ate over threedays and what they were doing while they ate. The people who engaged with mediawhile eating ate about 150 more caloriesthan when they ate without media. 150 calories may not seem that significant. But if you ate one meal with media each day,that's an excess of 54,750 calories a year. That equates to over 15 pounds gained in one year! The obvious solution is to avoidscreen time while eating.
