The cloud over the promoter actions of Indiabulls Housing Finance is back to haunt the stock with a public interest litigation (PIL) filing on the cards by some prominent legal names. CNBC-TV18 has confirmed that the PIL will call for a probe into siphoning of funds and round-tripping transactions by the promoters. Gagan Banga, vice chairman and managing director of the company discussed this aspect. He saw this as another move to derail its merger proposal with Lakshmi Vilas Bank.
