for 'Taco Tuesday'

on his infamous Instagram videos

by filing to trademark the
term "Taco Tuesday."

LBJ Trademarks, one of
James' companies,

submitted the paperwork to the United States Patent and Trademark Office in August.

According to the application, the trademark will be used in "social media, search engine marketing,"

"inquiry marketing, internet marketing, mobile marketing, blogging and other forms of passive, sharable or viral communications channels."

James does not have specific plans for
the trademark but wants to keep his
business options open, according to ESPN.
