Chicken Tenders:
Ingredients:

Chicken boneless (strips) ½ kg
Flour 3/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
Crushed garlic 2 cloves
Parsley (chopped) 2 tbsp
Eggs 2
Oil to fry
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Onion powder ½ tsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Parmesan cheese 3 tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp

For Honey Mustard Sauce:
Honey 2 tbsp
Mustard 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise ½ cup

Method:
Mix the flour, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken strips in the flour mixture. Mix eggs, lemon juice, garlic and parsley. Dip the chicken strips in it and then coat in a mixture of breadcrumbs seasoned with paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Can be frozen at this stage. Heat oil and cook the strips until done. Serve the chicken with a mixture of mustard, honey and mayonnaise.

Pizza Topped Sandwich:
Ingredients:
Chicken breast (chopped) 1
Salt to taste
Black pepper as required
Pizza sauce 6 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 4 oz
Buns 4
Method:
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cook in very little oil or water till done. Add in pizza sauce and cheese. Put the chicken mixture on the buns and serve.

Banana Churro Bittes:
Ingredients:
Bananas (cut in round) 2
Caster sugar 2 tbsp
Ground cinnamon 2 tsp
Oil to fry
Melted chocolate 1/4 cup
Method:
Combine the sugar and cinnamon together. Heat oil. Add the bananas and cook until starting to caramelize, about 1 minute. Sprinkle about half of the cinnamon-sugar over the banana rounds. Flip the rounds, sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon-sugar, and cook about 1 minute more. Serve with toothpicks to dunk the churro bites in melted chocolate.
