Boston marks bombing anniversary
Officials marked the exact time of the Boston Marathon bombings a year ago with a brief moment of silence and a formal flag-raising ceremony at the finish line. U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and other leaders paid tribute to the three people killed and 264 wounded in the attack. After an indoor ceremony, Biden and the other officials walked down Boylston Streeth, the final stretch of the marathon, amid heavy rain and high winds. -- Mornings @ ANC, April 16, 2014
