British media is rife with reports that Manchester United is set to sack manager David Moyes, less than a year after he took charge of the 20-times English football champions. Moyes had reportedly lost the support of the American Glazer family, who owns the club, and a defeat at Everton on Sunday was seen as the last straw. United has failed to get going under Moyes this season and is languishing in seventh place in the Premier League. The team also missed out on a place in the Champions League for the first time since the 1995-96 season.
