In-fighting among officials there exposes more skeletons in the closet, as a whistleblower not just recanted his statement but directly accused the group led by Deputy Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno of paying him off to spread lies against the group led by Deputy Commissioner Jessie Dellosa.
