MANILA, Philippines – The Metro Manila Development Authority might move the schedule of the EDSA reblocking earlier than Holy Week. MMDA chairman Francis Tolentino said the reblocking from the southbound lane of Shaw Boulevard to the Ayala Tunnel could begin in the next few days. Meanwhile, the Makati City government is mapping out its own traffic management scheme for the construction of Skyway stage 3 along SLEX-Sergio Osmena Avenue.
