CHR scores PMA, says Cudia dismissal not unanimous

MANILA -- The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) on Friday slammed the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) for its decision to dismiss Cadet Aldrin Jeff Cudia despite allegedly not having a unanimous vote.
