Corpse dumped in MWSS compound

MANILA – A man was found dead inside the compound of Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) in Old Balara, Quezon City before dawn on Thursday. The unidentified man's body bore stab wounds from an ice-pick. His head was wrapped in a black garbage bag and sealed with packaging tape. A note left on top of the victim's body read: "Huwag akong tularan, droga ang hanapbuhay ko." – report from Jerome Lantin, ABS-CBN News
