Erap: Truck ban improved Manila traffic

Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada stands firm on the implementation of the revised truck ban in his city. He pointed out that traffic has significantly improved in Manila after the implementation of the revised truck ban. He said any losses racked up by the country's ports and industries as a result of the ban should be blamed instead on the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA). He said the PPA should allow truckers to park within its massive facility in the port area instead of along Manila roads.
