WATCH: Ramos lays wreath at Tomb of the Unknown Soldier

MANILA - A wreath-laying ceremony was held at the Libingan ng mga Bayani this morning, ahead of the 28th anniversary of the EDSA Revolution tomorrow. Former President Fidel V. Ramos led the ceremony at the tomb of the unknown soldier. Tomorrow, February 25 will be a regular working day though classes have been suspended at all levels. ANC, February 24, 2014
