MANILA – Having a baby is not among the immediate plans of celebrity couple Jericho Rosales and Kim Jones who are getting married in May. Speaking to reporters before the premiere night of Rosales’ movie “ABNKKBSNPLAko?” on Tuesday, the actor said he wants Jones to enjoy being a married couple first before starting a family. “After all of the preparations, lahat ng pinagdaanan ni Kim, gusto ko ma-enjoy niya muna. Not that we don’t want a baby but wala muna. Enjoy muna. Be newlyweds first,” he said. For her part, Jones said she also wants to enjoy the company of her soon-to-be husband before becoming a mother. “We just want to be a married couple first. We just want to enjoy waking up to each other, spending all of our time together,” she said. Asked about their honeymoon, Jones said they want to see more of the Philippines. “Maybe we’ll visit Palawan first or something where there are beaches,” Jones said. Rosales, however, said this would have to wait since he has prior work commitments. “We don’t know yet [where we will go]. After the wedding, I have to go back to work for another month. We are just finishing 'yung iba pang wedding details and then we’ll go on the honeymoon planning,” he said. As the public seems more excited about the wedding, Jones said: “We are so blessed. Everyone has been so supportive throughout the whole way that’s why we also want to share with them our wedding as well. It’s just been such a huge blessing.”
