MANILA - The Palace says it remains open to dialogue with survivors of super typhoon Yolanda. This, as Yolanda survivors plan to march to Malacanang today to hand over a demand letter to President Aquino. The Tindog People Network, composed of Yolanda survivors, their families and supporters, are accusing the President of criminal neglect, saying his response to the calamity has been inadequate. The group is also planning to file a class suit against the Aquino government in the coming days. Communications Secretary Sonny Coloma says the Palace is leaving it to law enforcement authorities to handle today's activity. MORNINGS@ANC, February 17, 2014
